Our online webinars, conducted via Go to Webinar will be held on Tuesday evenings on June 13, 2017 and June 27, 2017. Each session will be 90 minutes long.

Our society is becoming ever more diverse. Participants will be able to:

  • Define culture, cultural competence and cultural safety
  • List macro to micro the factors that contribute to cultural competency and safety
  • Assess cultural competence in their work and the workplace
  • Identify steps to enhance cultural competence and safety in their clinical practice
