Is there childcare at the Conference?
ATTACh does not provide childcare. This conference is designed for adults, and while we love children, we kindly ask attendees to arrange alternative childcare to ensure a focused experience for all participants. We have found a respite program that may be of use, Community Respite Programs – RespiteCareSA. ATTACh does not recommend this program but rather is providing it as a resource for your use. Thank you for your understanding!
I breastfeed my infant, can I bring them?
Breastfeeding mothers are welcome to bring their infants. ATTACh is happy to provide a lactation room for privacy and peace of mind. Please see ATTACh staff at the conference for direction.
What is the temperature like at the conference?
As you may know, Texas is typically a warm climate. While this is true, we recommend attendees dress in layers as often times conference halls are kept quite cool.
Is there transportation to the conference hotel?
The conference hotel does not provide transportation to and from the airport. You will need to arrange your own transportation. You can use Uber or Lyft to request a ride.
Is there parking onsite?
Yes, there is free onsite parking at the conference hotel.
Is food provided during the conference?
There will be snacks provided for all registered conference attendees during designated breaks. Snacks include coffee, tea, and water. All registered conference attendees are also invited to our Thursday night welcome reception. Box lunches will be provided on Friday for all attendees who selected to participate in this during their registration.
What if I changed my mind on the workshops I would like to attend?
If you would like to make changes to your selected schedule of workshops, please email us at info@attach.org
Are sessions recorded?
No, ATTACh does not record any conference sessions. You must be present in person to attend our conference.
Can I attend half a 3-hour session?
No, for CEs & attendance purposes you must attend the full 3-hour session. Switching sessions during break is not permitted and will result in no CEs/credit for that block entirely.
Why is my badge being scanned?
When entering a session, your badge will be scanned by the session monitor. ALL attendees MUST be scanned into sessions for CE & Attendance purposes.
