CONFERENCE POLICIES

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY:

ATTACh expressly prohibits any form of discrimination by or against its members and conference guests based on age, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, creed, disability, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Discrimination is adverse treatment of any individual based on their said protected attribute (age, race, etc.), rather than on the basis of their own individual merit.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Photographs, videos, and/or audio may be taken at the ATTACh Annual Conference. By entering and attending this event, your likeness may be included in photos and videos of the event and used by ATTACh in connection with marketing and communications. If you do not agree to this usage, inform the photographer/videographer on-site and/or notify ATTACh at conference@attach.org.
CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS
All content presented at the ATTACh Annual Conference is for informational and educational purposes. It is intended for individual use by conference attendees. All materials remain property of ATTACh and/or its keynote, session, or other presenter(s), and may not be photographed, recorded, transcribed, or distributed by conference attendees.
CE CREDIT REQUIREMENTS:
To receive the CE credits for CE eligible workshops, you must be registered as a Professional Attendee and attend CE eligible sessions to receive CE credits.
It is each individual’s responsibility to ensure the credits offered are applicable to their license. CE Credits are an additional cost, which must be selected and paid as part of your conference registration.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
If paying by check, payment must be received prior to September 1, 2024 before registration is considered complete. For all registrations, there is a non-refundable fee of $50 for cancellations at any time. No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 12, 2024. To cancel or withdraw from this conference, please contact conference@attach.org.
The conference will run the same dates and times in the event it is moved to a virtual format. If the course is cancelled by the Association for Training on Trauma and Attachment in Children (ATTACh), each participant will receive an e-mail notification announcing the rescheduled dates or the date in which ATTACh would issue a reimbursement if the conference is not rescheduled.
